Over 20 years experience with technology, passionate about delivering commercial benefits from its use and driven to create inspiring customer offers.

Draws together creative thinking, commercial acumen, fact driven analysis, an understanding of financial services, retail, FMCG, logistics, real estate, health industry sectors, and a strong technical ability.

Broad experience across business and technology roles, managing every stage of large complex digital projects. Skills span strategic planning, product and concept development, market research, business case modeling, implementation, recruitment, marketing and operations.

Key executive, consultant and digital expert within Australia Post, driving digital change through the development of Australia Post’s online strategy, including making the case for, creating and leading a new digital channel team, delivering a major web site rebuild and delivering new mobile/tablet capability.

Director of key Internet industry bodies. Directly influenced the introduction of a new competitive industry model for domain name registrars in Australia, and the enactment of the Commonwealth Spam Act (2003).

Masters in eBusiness and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) both from RMIT University. Program advisory committee member with RMIT School of Business, IT & Logistics.
