Andrew recently set up the Asia Pacific operations for a VC backed Silicon Valley start-up, SignalFx. Backed by a16z SignalFx has been built by the guys that built Facebook’s real metric analytics and monitoring streaming platform. It is well suited to ephemeral cloud native technologies like Microservices, containers and server less.
Andrew has a 25 yr career in the Australian IT sector in various sales & marketing management roles, he’s worked for established players like IBM & BMC as well as start ups like AppDynamics and MongoDB.
Outside work he is a mad Kangaroos supporter, a coach of junior footy (Maribyrnong Park), cricket (Maribyrning Park & basketball (Aberfeldie Jets) and dad to 3 gorgeous kids aged 12, 10 & 9.
