This week we’ve got Annie Thwaites joining us with some tips – we first worked with Annie as one of the Product Managers at Telstra for Mobile FOXTEL. She has analysed systems and processes and implemented changes in over 100 organisations. She has delivered a multitude of training programs and facilitated conferences, conflict resolution sessions, technical and cross industry meetings. She has used a wide range of methods to measure business results, business and training needs and assessment processes.
She has extensive consultancy and change management experience with technological, cultural and procedural changes. She is both innovative and systematic in her approach to business, people and systems with a fascination in customer service and people development.
